Real-Link uses RFID identity cards and NFC enabled mobile phones to track employee start/finish and arrival/departure times. Once an ID card is touched to the phone it will send the details of who that is, where they are and the time/date to the server.

Location specific data can be displayed on the phone for staff instructions or for capturing additional details such as specific cleaning tasks that must be carried out.

All the details are sent to the server in real time via the mobile network/WiFi

This information can then be viewed instantly online via a password protected login. If required, the phone can also be programmed to allow information about the employee to be displayed or for additional information to be captured.
